🇬🇧 Old Fart™ on the Net. SciFi and Fatansy nerd, loves to read books in English because translations are notoriously bad nowadays. Also loves the odd mystery and thriller, mainly British (like the Fiona Griffith series by Harry Bingham, or the Constance Fairchild by James Oswald), some US stuff (e.g. the occasional Jack Reacher novel). Huge fan of Patricia A. McKillip (R.I.P.). IT guy for somewhat over 30 years by now.
