Hi, I'm Aphinya! Welcome to Aphinya Yoga. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500). I am renowned for my skills in breaking down challenging postures into their component parts and teaching them progressively so that my students can practice at their own level. I am also known for creative sequencing, and real-life philosophy. I am celebrated for a teaching style that is precise, inspired and cheerful. I started my career as a yoga instructor in 2009 in many yoga studios and at YMCA
