About Laurie

I'm a retired Physics and IT teacher after 35 years of teaching and loving it. I play tenor and baritone sax in various ensembles ranging from blues/roots through jazz/funk to big band. I'm a saltwater person, I don't have to be on the water but I have to be close by. My banner picture is the mouth of Werribee River, 30 minutes west of Melbourne, Australia.

I live on Wadawurrung land 100 m from the river boundary with Bunurong land, both are part of the greater Kulin nation.
